Nashali Alma

My name is Nashali, and I am a registered nurse with a BSN, as well as a licensed medical laboratory technologist specializing in hematology and immunology labs.

I hold a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida and have earned my ACE Certification, specializing in nutrition and weight loss. Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing a certification in bodybuilding. For over five years and counting, I have been a personal trainer, helping over 100 women lose weight, gain muscle, and build confidence in themselves.

My goal is not just to transform bodies but to empower women to feel strong, capable, and proud of their progress—both inside and out. Fitness is more than a routine; it’s a lifestyle that fosters self-love, discipline, and long-term health, and I’m committed to guiding others on that journey.
